Over the last decade at ICICI Lombard, he has led design across complex insurance ecosystems spanning customer experiences, distribution, claims and operational platforms. His work focuses on simplifying complex journeys, building multidisciplinary design teams and connecting design decisions with measurable business outcomes. Beyond building products, Dnyanesh is passionate about mentoring designers, developing design capability and exploring how AI can strengthen everyday design practice and decision-making.
