Hitee Chandra Jha is a Product Management and Human-Computer Interaction leader with more than 20 years of experience in technology and 13+ years specializing in human-centered product development. She is currently a Principal Product Manager at Zendesk, leading transformational initiatives across product-led growth and finance platforms. Her multidisciplinary practice spans product management, user experience, technology strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation. Throughout her career, Hitee has led products and platforms serving millions of consumers across SaaS, LegalTech, HealthTech, FinTech, entertainment, and customer experience. She holds a Master’s degree in HCI from Carnegie Mellon University and has conducted and published HCI research associated with ACM, with work presented at Nordic CHI in Copenhagen and ACM CHI in Austin. She is an IEEE Senior Professional Member and has served as a Guest Lecturer at Carnegie Mellon University's Human-Computer Interaction Institute (CMU HCII). Her product leadership experience includes Zendesk, Live Nation, Martindale-Avvo, LegalZoom, ZenBusiness, WebMD, and others, along with leading a successful technology venture. She brings a human-centered and analytical perspective to evaluating how design and technology come together to solve meaningful problems, create intuitive experiences, and deliver measurable value for people and organizations.
