Orçun İybar is the Co-Founder and CEO of Lime or Lemon Studios, an independent digital agency he co-founded in 2014, with studios in Istanbul and Dubai. He works across creative strategy, digital product design and technology, leading multidisciplinary teams in the development of digital platforms, products and brand experiences. Under his leadership, Lime or Lemon has worked with global and regional brands including Aramco, Diageo, OKX, IKEA, Unilever and Levi’s. His approach to design combines creative thinking with a practical understanding of technology, business and execution. When evaluating work, he looks beyond the visual outcome to the strength of the idea, the problem being addressed, the quality of the execution, and how effectively the result works for both the user and the brand. As a juror, he brings a perspective shaped by agency leadership and more than two decades of experience across design, digital products and technology.
