A New York-based product designer and strategist working across complex systems, emerging technology, and social impact to create more human-centered futures.

Raun Haji is a New York-based product designer and strategist whose work explores how design can shape more human-centered products, systems, and futures. As a Lead Product Designer at JPMorganChase, he works across products and lines of business to identify unmet needs, uncover opportunities across complex systems, and translate them into future-state experience strategies. His practice sits at the intersection of product design, experience strategy, and emerging technology, with a particular interest in how AI is changing the relationship between people, technology, and the experiences designers create. Raun holds a BFA in Product Design from Parsons School of Design, where his thesis exploring cultural connection among refugee children received a Social Justice Award upon graduation. This focus on design as a tool for social impact continues alongside his professional practice through projects centered on connection, inclusion, and underserved communities. He is also actively involved in design education and mentorship through workshops, speaking engagements, academic communities, and mentorship of emerging designers. Across his practice, Raun is interested in expanding the role of product design beyond individual interfaces and products to influence the larger systems, organizations, and behaviors that shape everyday life.
