Sergey “Serg” Zorin is a Staff Product Designer at Meta with more than 20 years of experience spanning consumer products, business platforms, startups, and complex technical systems. At Meta, he currently works in the AI infrastructure space, designing products that support the development and operation of AI models at scale. His earlier work there included Messenger and monetization, giving him experience across global consumer products and large-scale business systems. Before Meta, Serg worked in startups, including as a founding designer, helping shape new products from their earliest stages. He holds a master’s degree focused on cybersecurity and protected computer networks, a technical foundation that informs his approach to complex product problems. Outside of his product work, Serg mentors designers on product thinking, critique, career development, and working effectively in technically complex domains.
