I'm Director of User Experience at RealPage, where I lead AI-driven UX strategy across enterprise SaaS products. Over 22 years, I've worked as a hands-on UX design practitioner and in leadership roles at Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, McGraw-Hill Education, and RealPage. I hold a Master of Design and an MBA, both from Illinois Institute of Technology, and I'm certified by Human Factors International as a Usability Analyst. My work sits where design quality meets business outcomes. I care whether a design is usable and well crafted, also whether it solves a real problem for the people using it and holds up as something an organization can sustain. My areas of focus include UX strategy, AI-driven interface design, design systems, interaction design, and human-computer interaction.
