We turned a website redesign request into a strategic digital transformation for Ciudad Cayala (Guatemala City). After research and user interviews, we re-structured the site for three audiences — tenants, visitors, and business owners. Then added an English version, streamlined the real-estate buyer journey, and introduced an interactive map for restaurants, shops, and services. The site works as a business instrument while remaining a discreet carrier of Cayala’s nature-rooted identity.
