MiniPot is a student-centred cooking application designed to help college students improve their daily well-being by making home cooking more accessible, engaging, and sustainable. The platform integrates a smart recipe system with customizable filters, location-based grocery and ingredients finder, educational cooking events, and built-in gamification to support long-term cooking habits.  Over a 10-week research and development process, grounded in user interviews, surveys, and iterative usability testing, we developed a solution that directly responds to students’ needs and delivers a seamless, motivating cooking experience. MiniPot empowers students to achieve greater nutritional balance, financial efficiency, and emotional fulfilment through better meals.
