Morado on Berry is a design-led student-living brand identity created by Threshold for Endeavor Real Estate Group, redefining student living near TCU through elevated graphic craft and typographic intention. Designed for an area in Fort Worth, Texas that had not seen new development in over a decade, the brand introduces cultural sophistication, warmth, and global influence to a previously overlooked neighborhood.
The identity is rooted in the idea of pathways and connections. Morado’s custom wordmark features carefully crafted ligatures and flowing letterforms that visually express community and belonging. A flexible system of secondary and alternate marks—derived from architectural and interior details—extends the brand across applications, while a star motif adds rhythm and cohesion.
Typography anchors the system. The Seasons brings expressive contrast and refinement, while Ainslie Sans strikes a balance between legibility and restraint. A curated color palette and globally inspired pattern language, informed by interior finishes, layer warmth and worldliness into the brand.
Through deliberate typographic design and a cohesive graphic system, Morado on Berry transforms student housing into an aspirational, design-forward lifestyle rooted in connection, intention, and cultural depth.
