Park & Sayer is a residential tower at the heart of Elephant Park, Elephant and Castle, London. Socrates were appointed to develop a name, brand and printed literature, choosing the theme of origami, and crucially, the butterfly, to evangelise the area's transformation. Designed to underpin the quality of apartments, each casebound brochure entails a metallic colour palette of bronze, green and purple. Divided into distinct chapters, the edge painted brochure includes a commissioned day in the life photography, encased within a unique dust jacket that unfolds into a poster illustrating how to make the origami butterfly.
