Design Team

Surroundings is a smart system comprised of an ambient light display, a smart ring, and a mobile app. It uses intentional light, sound, and natural language prompts to help users train healthy habits, boost their energy, and correct their internal rhythms.
Envo Light and Inter Ring help users create a path towards less technology-dependent and rhythmically healthier lives. Surroundings allows users to gradually replace unhealthy habits with intentional activities created in routine reflection sessions - to guide their journey from passive living to the present.
With a routine-based presence journey, Surroundings uses therapeutic light techniques to boost and repair internal circadian rhythms, along with screentime and biometrics to understand onscreen & offscreen activities and how they can throw off your system and energy. Surroundings has the potential to be expanded into the treatment of anxiety and depression, as well as other mental health disorders and potentially addictions.
The Envo Light is paired with smart devices or our Inter Ring to create environmental lighting adaptation with sonic alerts - guiding you back into healthy rhythms and the present. With IoT adaptation, the expanse of Surrounding's environmental adaptation is limitless.
