A high end brochure promoting the redevelopment of some prime real estate close to the heart of Adelaide. Locale will create a truly dynamic precinct, where people can live, eat and learn, work, socialise, shop, but most importantly connect.

The purpose of the brochure is to sell the message to potential vendors. The project has strong sustainability themes and will be a union of natural environments and human centric architecture.

Hughes designed the brochure, logo and created a branding system throughout.
The document was printed at A3, on uncoated recycled paper, with spot UV on the white logo on the front cover.
