OnStar Business Solutions wanted to engage its clients more smoothly at GM Fleet Solutions Summit 2023. They needed two user touchpoints - one for feedback and one for live price comparisons. We created an interactive Calculator to highlight savings and a real-time Sticky Note board to showcase what clients love about the brand. Both build on Flutter with Onstar brand guidelines and provide slick, professional touchpoints for the OnStar brand. The Sticky Note Board allows clients to post what they love about OnStar Business Solutions. OnStar can approve or deny the comments quickly, and as new comments appear, the board rearranges for enhanced engagement. The Calculator, while simple on its face, provided a critical client touchpoint. Adding a simple additional input (A button for "the average cost of brake pads"), OnStar could rapidly demonstrate their pricing models and the cost savings to their clients. The power of custom-branded and crafted client touchpoints is on full display. Attention to detail shows customers that their brands understand their needs, creating long-lasting business relationships. Whether these touchpoints are for mass-usage POS points or for corporate summits, custom branding takes everything to the next level.
