FCC is a non-profit social enterprise that uses football and its convening power to educate boys, girls and young people in values and socio-emotional skills such as resilience and self-worth to become agents of change and thrive within their environments. FCC initiated this project with the objective of developing a specialized reporting platform for its team members. This endeavor led to the establishment of "Simeon," an advanced system designed specifically to facilitate FCC's oversight of its child-focused training programs. Simeon stands out for its ability to create tailor-made forms and reports, thereby enabling a more personalized and effective approach in monitoring and evaluating the educational aspects of the training.
