1. Company Background: This project was carried out during my tenure at a Chinese landscape design company with less than 50 employees. The company's core business was landscape design, art installation design and production. 2. Challenge: During the busiest phase of the year, although the design team and factory were operating at maximum capacity, timely delivery of the product was still a challenge, which made most clients reluctant to work with us again. 3. Purpose: The purpose of these projects was to increase productivity in the art studio department while maintaining cost effectiveness and product quality to ensure timely completion of art installations. 4. Constraints: Limited human resources and work hours; Limited access to other departments, suppliers and clients. 5. Outcome: I developed conceptual design tools and optimized the design process through co-creation workshops that significantly shortened the art studio project cycle.
