This project is a redesign of OnsiSoft, a B2B SaaS platform developed by Onsi Group, a company that specializes in compliance auditing and fringe benefits management for government contractors and businesses. OnsiSoft is designed to help companies navigate current payroll, fringe benefits, SCA, and DBA regulations while ensuring compliance with the complex requirements of the U.S. government. The redesign focused on: - optimizing the information architecture to improve navigation and usability; - improving benefits management workflows for greater efficiency; - implementing customization tools that allow users to personalize their interface for a seamless experience.
