"Golden Hour," a motion graphic music video inspired by JVKE's song of the same name, features a collage style with subtle surrealism elements. Each frame's assets are meticulously designed to align with the lyrics, enhancing the narrative and emotional impact. The visual palette predominantly employs gold and warm colours, creating a rich, inviting atmosphere. To add depth and contrast, complementary hues like blue and purple are sparingly used as embellishments, resulting in a visually captivating experience that harmonizes with the music's tone and mood. I chose to incorporate a collage style in this work to better align with the grand and majestic feeling conveyed by the song's melody. The magnificent string melodies complement the collage elements in gold, providing a fitting and cohesive visual foundation.
