One of Boston’s most recognizable buildings, One Post Office Square, is currently undergoing a dramatic physical transformation. The building will be shedding its traditional skin for floor-to-ceiling glass and creating an array of new amenities, as well as public and outdoor spaces. LLM Design created a full marketing campaign to place this iconic building once again firmly in the forefront of the Boston office market. Our team worked closely with JLL to help define what the new One Post Office Square will be, not only through the design of a new visual identity, but also by developing the strategy and positioning. The brand, carefully documented and defined in its style guide, is all about transformation:  dramatic change to elevate the modern workforce and raise the bar one notch higher. The pieces we created for this building were designed to drive a higher-end, sophisticated audience to its doors. These include Brand Identity, Interactive PDF, Website, Film, Renderings (TILTPIXEL), Photography, Scrim Signage, Pitch Presentation, Broker Brochure, and E-Blasts.
