Situated on Glen Huntly Road, Caulfield South, ‘Broadway’ is a series of just 11 spacious and sophisticated apartments. Starting with a memorable name, our brand direction focused on conveying the lively, culturally rich character of Glen Huntly Road – a strip with a prominent entertainment scene. This was achieved through the employment of theatrical still life imagery, playful illustrations depicting elements of the lifestyle, and bespoke photography of the area. The typeface in the brand also referenced the typical signage of a Broadway show, conjuring an air of anticipation and excitement.
