CALME is for both the parents and their child. CALME teaches children that their emotions are valid. It also teaches children healthy ways to deal with their emotions with the help of the in app characters through the different features. CALME allows parents to have all the resources they might need in one place. From reading resources, to videos that allow them to educate themself on healthy ways to handle their child. And activities they can do with their children that encourage bonding and better relationships.
