In a landmark move following Investcorp’s acquisition of NSEIT—a digital technology services leader under India’s National Stock Exchange (NSE)—we spearheaded a comprehensive brand transformation to redefine its identity as NuSummit, a visionary global tech partner empowering enterprises to harmonize innovation with precision. This project demanded a strategic and creative overhaul to align the brand with Investcorp’s global vision, NSEIT’s legacy of excellence, and its repositioning as a catalyst for measurable, future-ready outcomes.

The Challenge

The acquisition marked a pivotal shift for NSEIT, a company renowned for its digital engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud services expertise serving 300+ global clients, including 22 Fortune-500 and 5 Fortune-50 enterprises. With the digital examinations business excluded from the transaction, our task was to reimagine NSEIT’s identity as NuSummit—a brand poised to amplify its 50% CAGR growth in the US market while retaining its leadership in India and the Middle East. The new identity needed to reflect Investcorp’s global ambitions, resonate with clients in capital markets, banking, insurance, and asset management, and embody a philosophy where small incremental changes lead to outsized outcomes.

Creative Strategy & Execution

The rebrand began with a radical reimagining of NuSummit’s visual and narrative DNA. Central to the transformation was NuSummit’s value proposition: Orchestrating results aren’t achieved overnight; they are meticulously orchestrated.
Drawing from NSEIT’s legacy of handling billions of real-time transactions and its acquisitions of Aujas Cybersecurity and cloudxchange.io, we positioned NuSummit as a conductor of digital transformation. The brand’s ethos—from small nudges to moonshots—emphasizes strategic, incremental advancements that compound into transformative outcomes. This philosophy crystallized into the tagline "Orchestrating Outcomes", conveying proactive control, precision, and a commitment to guiding clients’ success.

From Concept to Crescendo: A Bold New Identity 

Zensciences worked over a period of 6 months to bring to life this new brand and in the process created an extensive brand identity as follows:

The NuSummit rebrand was a complete reinvention—breaking free from its legacy to establish a modern, minimalistic identity that resonates with both existing customers and prospective markets. The challenge was not just to refresh the brand but to create an entirely new visual and narrative language—one that embodies clarity, confidence, and forward momentum. Design played a pivotal role in crafting this transformation, ensuring that every element reinforced NuSummit’s core value proposition: orchestrating incremental advancements into transformative outcomes.

1. Logo Design: A Summit of Possibilities: At the heart of the rebrand was the logo—a striking yet simple visual that encapsulates NuSummit’s essence. The ‘M’ in NuSummit was reimagined as mountain peaks, symbolizing ascent, ambition, and the brand’s role in guiding businesses to new heights. The clean, modern lines ensure versatility across digital and print mediums while reflecting the company’s commitment to precision and strategic growth.

2. Extensive Brand Design Guidelines: A comprehensive brand design system was developed to maintain visual consistency and reinforce NuSummit's brand ethos. (details in the pdf attached). 

3. Website: A complete digital transformation: NuSummit’s online presence was completely overhauled to reflect the brand’s new identity. The website was designed with a sleek, modern interface that emphasized clarity, ease of navigation, and dynamic storytelling. The visual language incorporated the Riser element, creating a sense of movement and progression throughout the site. Micro-interactions and animated elements brought the brand’s energy to life, while carefully curated content reinforced NuSummit’s expertise in digital transformation.

4. Launch campaign: A multi-touchpoint rollout 

To introduce the new brand, a high-impact launch campaign was executed across multiple channels. Digital ads, emailers, and social media creatives announced the transformation, while thought-provoking messaging emphasized NuSummit’s role as an orchestrator of success. The campaign ensured widespread visibility and engagement, driving excitement and curiosity among both existing clients and new prospects.

5. Corporate Assets: Every detail reimagined

The rebrand extended to every corporate touchpoint—case studies, corporate presentations, business cards, and letterheads were all redesigned to align with the new identity. The minimalist yet bold aesthetic ensured that every asset, whether digital or print, reinforced NuSummit’s credibility and modern approach. The Riser design element was subtly woven into layouts, maintaining visual consistency and brand recall. (examples shared in pdf)

6. Event Support: 

To solidify NuSummit’s position as an industry leader, we conceptualized and designed "The BFSI 2025 Vision Summit" in partnership with CNBC TV18. The event branding extended NuSummit’s visual identity into stage design, digital invitations, and promotional materials. The synergy between design and strategy was evident—every element reinforced the theme of orchestration, mirroring the brand’s philosophy of incremental advancements leading to transformation. Media amplification through CNBC TV18 and NuSummit’s LinkedIn further extended the brand’s reach.

7. Video assets: Bringing the brand to life

Video played a crucial role in storytelling, with assets ranging from teaser videos to the official brand launch film. Each motion piece incorporated the Riser element, visually representing the journey of orchestration and growth. The website reveal video seamlessly transitioned from legacy elements to the new identity, emphasizing transformation, while teaser videos built anticipation across digital platforms.

Through a meticulous blend of strategy and design, NuSummit’s rebrand successfully positioned the company as a visionary leader in digital transformation—one that doesn’t just drive change but orchestrates outcomes
